This testimony we will be listening to is “The Gospel Solved My Problem of Homosexuality”. A former pro golf-player, she was once filled with anger and resentment because she thought that she had become a homosexual due to genetic reasons, but when she met the risen Lord Jesus, she was freed from her struggle with homosexuality and now shares the grace of the new life she lives. When she heard that Jesus’ resurrection is an unshakable historical fact, she could truly believe in Jesus as her God and Lord who created her in his perfect image. She overcame her own personal struggle with homosexuality because she realized that there was no such thing as “gay DNA”, that people are not born homosexual. That is how she could truly repent from the sin of living as her own Lord and surrender to the risen Jesus.
