The Fight of Holding onto the Resurrection _ Mike Licona

 Mike Licona, leading New Testament scholar regarding the historical resurrection of Jesus, shares his testimony about his doubt and unanswered questions. His mentor, Gray Habermas, always led him to focus on whether Jesus rose from the dead regardless of what the question was. Licona says, “If Jesus rose from the dead, Christianity is true, period. And that helps me keep the main thing the main thing. And so I don’t worry about a lot of these things [unanswered questions] anymore. They don’t really bother me nearly as much because it’s all in perspective. And now I’ve studied the historical evidence for the resurrection of Jesus and I’m thoroughly convinced that it happened so these other things just don’t bother me.”
