Why is Christianity Right? _Vince Vitale

Vitale answers the question: “Why is Christianity right?” He says that the resurrection of Jesus was particularly key for him in his investigation. It was very important for him to not have to take a blind leap of faith and for there to be a publicly verifiable historical claim that he could investigate.
At first, he just assumed that the resurrection was an ancient claim that we could not investigate and know for sure what happened, but he found that the resurrection was an event that anyone can look into. He asked the question “What best explains the facts?” He found that, today in the scholarship, the only explanation which is given any degree of credibility is the fact that Jesus actually rose from the dead. He said that every other explanation has been completely undermined so it is a rational decision to say that it actually happened. And then, he truly received the Christian God, Jesus as his Lord through this proof of the resurrection.
